At Reisch Eliasbrunn GmbH, welding, laser cutting, sandblasting and bolting are carried out. With a production area of 40,000 m2 and 250 employees, the company produces up to 168,500 vehicles annually. For demanding welding processes of large assemblies in the agricultural and commercial vehicle sector, reliability and a consistently high quality of the weld seams have top priority.
Requirement
When investing in a turnkey welding system from Valk Welding with integrated extraction system, Reisch Eliasbrunn GmbH was looking for a flexible partner who could provide an individual solution for two combinable welding robots despite the low ceiling height.

With our flexible extraction systems, we at ABSAUGWERK are made for such challenges! In this project, the low ceiling height had to be compensated, the two Fume filter had to be configured as lightly as possible and a flexible connecting piece for the height-adjustable extraction hood had to be constructed.
