In various industries emissions such as dust, fumes, gases, but also chips, granulate or emulsions are produced during various machining processes. These pollute the air and harm the health of employees and the environment. Welding fumes
Employees who are exposed to alveolar (respirable) emissions can develop serious illnesses such as chronic bronchitis, cancer and blood and kidney damage. Exposure to welding fumes in particular poses a high health risk. Dust

For the safety of employees, statutory occupational exposure limits in the TRGS (Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances) is defined. To comply with these, dusts must be safely collected, extracted and filtered as directly as possible at their point of origin. For explosive and combustible dusts, such as aluminum or magnesium, we manufacture our systems in a special ATEX or fire protection design.
Chips
To avoid damage to the workpieces and the machines, chips produced must be filtered efficiently. The separated material can be returned to the material cycle and recycled. This not only protects the environment, but also saves the operator enormous costs. In addition to the coarse chips, every process also releases fine dusts and possibly aerosols, which must be extracted in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation. Granules
Granules made of rubber or plastic form the basis of many end products. Gas and mist
